Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead daily contract management, ensuring high standards and profitable delivery across security operations. You will drive coaching, KPI monitoring, and staff development while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety and client requirements.

The role requires planning rosters, supporting a 24-hour service, and liaising with multiple managers to meet contractual needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and mentoring staff.
• Ability to plan and manage rosters and shifts.
• Proven track record in service delivery and KPI monitoring.
• Willingness to work varied hours to support a 24-hour service.
• Be able to obtain UK work eligibility and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and upskill staff in conjunction with Training Manager.
• Support admin and supervisory teams, setting clear objectives and reviewing performance.
• Plan weekly rosters ensuring coverage and timetabling aligned with directives.
• Liaise with recruitment, operations support and training managers on staffing needs.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure delivery of World Class service with on-site leadership and regular 1-2-1s.
