Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations, coach staff, manage rosters, and ensure service standards across the contract while maintaining corporate policies.

You will work with the Account Manager to maximise profitability, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. A full driving licence and UK eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a large team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour service
• Proven staff coaching and development capability
• Experience in health and safety compliance and welfare of staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach security teams across the contract
• Plan and roster staffing to meet manning requirements
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, policies and client requirements
• Monitor KPIs and service levels; drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Account Manager on contract performance and profitability
• Manage stock and uniforms; oversee attendance and leave processes
• Conduct daily site visits and ensure high standards of service
