Job summary

In this role you will work closely with the security function, communicate at all levels and promote a world‑class service culture while managing incidents and safeguarding people and assets.

Qualifications

• Front Line SIA licence required and customer‑facing experience.
• First aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in management or leading security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the security team, ensuring staffing and coverage.
• Maintain high standards of service and policy compliance.
• Oversee control room, CCTV, access points and car park security.
• Manage incidents, emergencies and safety checks promptly.
• Provide guidance to staff and develop team performance.
• Build relationships with retailers, contractors and visitors.
