Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Security Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day security operation at Quayside, a busy shopping centre located in MediaCity, Manchester.

This hands-on leadership role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a security team, strong leadership and communication skills, and valid SIA licences for Door Supervision and CCTV; you will lead CCTV operations, incident response and reports while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for visitors

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Valid SIA CCTV Licence.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing or supervising a team.
• Experience in security industry and in busy retail environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in reporting and records management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operation during shifts.
• Lead, supervise and support the onsite security team.
• Oversee CCTV and Control Room operations.
• Monitor site activity and coordinate responses to incidents.
• Ensure regular patrols and checks comply with site requirements.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and handovers.
