Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Security Duty Manager to oversee the security operation at Quayside Shopping Centre, SalfordQuays, Manchester. You will lead a team, manage CCTV operations and coordinate incident responses in a busy, customer-facing environment.

The role requires a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and at least 2 years’ supervisory experience. The 4 on 4 off shift pattern runs day and night with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Essential: Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Essential: 2 years’ experience managing or supervising a team.
• Experience in the security industry and in busy shopping environments is desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisational and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day security operations during your shift, maintaining professional service.
• Lead, supervise and support the onsite security team with effective deployment.
• Oversee CCTV and control room operations and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies and operational issues.
• Produce accurate incident reports, handovers and logs, and maintain records.
• Support induction, training and development of security staff and ensure adequate staffing.
