Job summary

Envision Intelligent Solutions, a Johnson Controls company, is seeking a Customer Support Operator to join our security systems team in Craigavon. This full-time, permanent role operates on a 12-hour day and night shift, four days on, four days off, from Silverwood Business Park, Craigavon.

You will monitor CCTV/alarms, answer calls, follow company policies, support the Control Room Supervisors, and coordinate with mobile patrols.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to prepare letters, reports and documents concisely and accurately.
• Communicate diplomatically and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Sufficient investigative skills to identify root causes of problems.
• SIA CCTV license desirable but training can be provided in-house.
• IT literacy and a minimum of grade C in English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, interrogate and respond to CCTV/Alarm activations, including escalation and reporting.
• Answer intercoms and inbound telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Follow company policy and procedures when using telephone systems.
• Support the Control Room Supervisors and cover in their absence after training.
• Monitor and handle all incoming CCTV/Alarm activations for mobile patrols and dispatch teams accordingly.
• Report any operational difficulties to the supervisor on duty.
