Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager and team in keeping our parks safe, welcoming, and smoothly running. You will help maintain a secure environment for guests while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key duties include maintaining a proactive security presence, monitoring situations, responding to incidents, and keeping detailed security and incident logs.

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car)
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for guests, colleagues and visitors, upholding park licensing conditions.
• Monitor situations and deal with any potential problems.
• Respond to incidents and support appropriately.
• Maintain security logs, accident and incident reports with a high level of detail and accuracy.

Skills
