Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager and team in keeping our parks safe, welcoming and smoothly run. You will maintain a secure environment for guests while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

You will proactively patrol and monitor, handle incidents, and maintain detailed security logs to support a safe guest experience across our UK parks.

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for guests, colleagues and visitors and uphold park licensing conditions.
• Monitor situations and respond to incidents.
• Maintain security logs, accident and incident reports with a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Support the Security Manager and wider team to keep the park safe, welcoming and running smoothly.
