Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager and keep our park safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. You will help maintain a secure environment for guests while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements include an active SIA license (Door Supervision) and a full UK driving licence; you must communicate effectively, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain detailed logs. DBS checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) and a full clean UK driving licence (Manual car).
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive security presence to keep guests, colleagues and visitors safe and uphold park licensing conditions.
• Monitor situations and deal with any potential problems.
• Respond to incidents and support appropriately.
• Maintain security logs, accident and incident reports with high detail.
