Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager and team, ensuring safety and a welcoming atmosphere across our parks in the UK. You will protect guests, maintain licensing compliance, and deliver excellent service that leaves a positive impression.

The role requires an active SIA license, a clean UK driving licence, and strong customer service and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors, whilst upholding park licensing conditions.
• Monitor situations and deal with any potential problems.
• Respond to incidents and support appropriately.
• Maintain security logs, accident, and incident reports with a high level of detail and accuracy.
