Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a proactive Security Officer to support the Security Manager across our Isle of Wight park. You’ll help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

In this role you will maintain a visible security presence, monitor situations, respond to incidents, and keep detailed security logs.

Qualifications

• SIA license (Door Supervision) is required.
• Full UK driving licence with manual transmission.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence others to resolve conflicts.
• Capable of performing in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive security presence to keep guests, staff and visitors safe.
• Monitor situations and address potential issues.
• Respond to incidents and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain security logs, accident and incident reports with accuracy.
