Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager and team, helping keep our parks safe, welcoming and running smoothly while delivering a high standard of customer service that guests always remember. You will patrol proactively, manage incidents, maintain logs, and contribute to a positive, safe guest experience across our UK parks.

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision).
• Full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors, whilst upholding park licensing conditions.
• Monitor situations and deal with any potential problems.
• Respond to incidents and support appropriately.
• Maintain security logs, accident, and incident reports with a high level of detail and accuracy.
