Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain IP CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
  • Diagnose faults, conduct rectification testing, and complete repairs on-site or at HQ
  • Work closely with project managers, the sales team, and engineers to deliver integrated systems
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK (including occasional out-of-hours work for events)
  • Ensure RAMS compliance and complete all works to high standards and on time
  • Support the move toward integrated ecosystems combining video, access, radio, PA, and more

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in electronic/IP security systems installation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Avigilon, Axis, Milestone, Paxton, Alta Access (Openpath), or Suprema
  • Solid understanding of IP networks, PoE, switches, and cloud-based security solutions
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver professional-level documentation
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
  • Willing to travel UK-wide and work out-of-hours as needed
  • DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
