Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Security & Compliance Manager to own the security of our products and deployments worldwide and lead the security assurance and certification activities. This senior, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of secure delivery, customer operations and corporate security.

You will work with delivery, network, IT teams and external security partners to maintain secure systems across their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in security management and compliance.
• Proven track record with ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus audits.
• Experience securing deployed infrastructure and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading customer-facing security engagements.
• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior voice for security across delivery and operations.
• Define customer operating policies for secure implementation and operation of SRT systems.
• Own through-life security of equipment deployed in customer environments.
• Lead responses to customer security requirements, assurance questionnaires and connection approvals.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure engineering supports security claims.
• Lead assurance and certification activity (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus).
• Coordinate external security partners as an extended resource pool.
