Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is a market leader in international marine surveillance technology and systems. We are seeking a Security & Compliance Manager to own security across how our products are deployed, operated and maintained in customer environments worldwide, leading assurance and certification activities behind them.

This senior, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of secure delivery, customer operations and corporate security.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in security management, security assurance, compliance in customer environments.
• Track record of achieving ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications and audits.
• Understanding of securing deployed infrastructure and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior voice for security across delivery and customer operations.
• Define customer operating policies for secure implementation and operation of SRT systems.
• Own through-life security of equipment deployed in customer environments.
• Lead responses to customer security requirements and connection approvals.
• Ensure engineering and operational reality supports security claims to customers, partners and auditors.
• Lead assurance and certification activities including Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.
• Coordinate security experts across the business into a prioritized improvement programme.
• Direct external security partners for monitoring, assessments and remediation.
• Assign risk levels and support remediation prioritisation with project delivery.
• Report risk, progress and priorities to senior leadership in business terms.
