Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Security & Compliance Manager to own the security of how our products are deployed and maintained worldwide, leading assurance and certification activities across customer environments.

This senior, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of secure delivery, customer operations and corporate security. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive a coherent programme, engaging auditors, partners and customers to sustain trusted systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in security management, assurance or similar role with customer environments.
• Track record of ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications and audits.
• Understanding of securing deployed infrastructure including patching and lifecycle.
• Experience leading customer-facing security engagements and third-party assurance.
• Excellent communication to champion change and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior voice for security across delivery and customer operations.
• Define operating policies for secure implementation and operation of systems.
• Own through-life security of equipment deployed in customer environments.
• Lead responses to customer security requirements and audits.
• Ensure engineering and operational reality supports security claims.
• Lead assurance and certification activity across standards.
• Coordinate external security partners as an extended resource pool.
• Report risk, progress and priorities to senior leadership in business terms.
