Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Security & Compliance Manager to own the security of how our products and systems are deployed worldwide, and to lead the security assurance and certification activity behind them. This senior, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of secure delivery, customer operations and corporate security.

You will coordinate with delivery, network & infrastructure, and IT teams, plus external partners, to keep systems secure through their life cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in security management, security assurance, compliance or a similar role.
• Track record of achieving and maintaining certifications such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, including audits.
• Practical understanding of securing deployed infrastructure, including firewalls, patching and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior voice and champion for security across delivery and operations.
• Define customer operating policies for secure implementation and operation of SRT systems.
• Own through-life security of equipment deployed in customer environments.
