Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Security & Compliance Manager to own the security of how our products and systems are deployed globally, and to lead the security assurance and certification activity behind them. This senior, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of secure delivery, customer operations and corporate security.

The role requires coordinating with delivery, IT and external partners, with travel to offices in Bristol, Cardiff and Bath as needed, and flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience in security management, assurance or compliance in customer environments.
• Track record of ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus audits.
• Experience securing deployed infrastructure and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading customer-facing security engagements and audits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior voice for security across delivery and operations.
• Define customer operating policies for secure implementation and operation.
• Own through-life security of equipment deployed in customer environments.
• Lead responses to customer security requirements and audits.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to support security claims.
• Lead assurance activities including Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.
• Consolidate security expertise into a prioritised programme.
• Direct external security partners for monitoring and remediation.
• Report risk, progress and priorities to senior leadership.
