Security Account Director£75,000 per annum + BenefitsSite-Based | Occasional Travel Required

We are seeking an exceptional Security Account Director to take strategic ownership of one of our most prestigious security contracts.This is a highly visible leadership position, offering the opportunity to lead a large-scale security operation, influence key business decisions, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service excellence, operational performance, commercial success, and a high-performing culture across a complex and demanding environment.This role is ideal for an accomplished security professional who combines strategic thinking with strong operational leadership and is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams through to executive leadership.

About the Role:

As Security Account Director, you will have full accountability for the successful delivery and ongoing development of security services across a major client account. You will act as the senior point of contact for the client, ensuring a first-class service whilst identifying opportunities to enhance performance, strengthen partnerships, and deliver long-term value. Working closely with operational and support functions, you will ensure that security services remain compliant, commercially effective, and aligned to the client's evolving business needs.

What we are looking for:

  • A track record of delivering continuous improvement and service innovation.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Essential Requirements
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • The ability to travel to different sites around the UK
  • First Aid at Work Qualification.
  • Ability to travel occasionally when required.
