Responsibilities include administering Office 365 services, SCCM deployment, remote assistance, Citrix access, device provisioning, and maintaining security, backup, and networking infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with Intune, SharePoint and Office 365 admin console.
• Strong skills in AD/Azure AD and GPO management.
• Proficient in SCCM usage for software deployment and patching.
• Experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and remote access.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for MDM and app management.
• Administer SharePoint sites, libraries, lists and permissions.
• Monitor and manage Office 365 services via admin console.
• Utilize SCCM for deployment, patching and inventory tracking.
• Provide remote end-user support using TeamViewer, AnyDesk or RDC.
• Familiarity with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop for virtualization and access.
• Configure and maintain VPNs for secure remote access.
• Build/deploy workstations using SCCM or Intune enrollment.
• Support Android and iOS devices in an enterprise environment.
• Provide cross-platform Windows and macOS hardware/software support.
• Manage users/devices in AD or Azure AD, including GPOs.
• Utilize ServiceNow, EasyVista or Jira for incidents and requests.
• Configure/manage VMs using VMware and Windows Server/AD.
• Maintain Azure AD, SQL Cluster, Veeam, LAN/WLAN, proxies and firewalls.
• Support virtualization, clustering, backup solutions and network infra as needed.
