Responsibilities

• First point of contact for UK users in a secure environment; handle requests and escalate when needed.
• Provide technical support and input to team projects.
• Create clear reports showing environment usage.
• Follow strict data management processes.
• Support business-critical systems.
• On-site availability 5 days a week with some travel to other PA offices.
