Job summary

PA is seeking a proactive IT support specialist to assist UK users outside London, delivering strong customer service, problem solving and secure IT support. You will work within a wider team to maintain a strong security stance, following strict processes and support to ensure the integrity of all IT services.

Expect to be the first point of contact for users, provide technical input to projects, and create reports on environment usage.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer facing IT support role, handling tickets and working with colleagues of varying seniority.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Azure, Office 365 and Intune.
Preferably experience managing Azure Virtual Desktops.
Detail-oriented with ability to produce clear documentation.
Strong communication across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Being the first point of contact for users in a secure environment, dealing with a variety of requests.
Providing technical support/input to team projects.
Creating clear and concise reports to demonstrate the usage of our environments.
Following strict process on data management.
Availability on-site 5 days a week, with some travel to other offices.
