Job summary

Zaizi Ltd is seeking a security-conscious IT Support Engineer to manage our day-to-day service desk and support cloud infrastructure. You will handle 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line issues, deliver user training, and enforce security controls across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in a hybrid London-based team.

The role requires UK SC clearance eligibility, 5 years of UK residency, and hands-on experience with M365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and CA policies.

Qualifications

• SC clearance or eligible; requires 5 years UK residency.
• 2nd-line admin experience with M365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Defender, and CA.
• On-site work in Hammersmith with hybrid Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve 1st/2nd line tickets, escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Manage M365/Azure security, CA policies, RBAC, and Entra ID groups.
• Support security posture, Defender monitoring, and patching.
• Provide user training on cyber hygiene and software usage.
