You will hunt for opportunities, shape strategic plans, and collaborate with product and station teams to deliver innovative, profitable solutions across air, ocean and rail freight.

• Proven ability to develop new business from target accounts.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Experience in freight forwarding or related transport/logistics.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and driving pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop high-value target customers for DHL Global Forwarding UK.
• Build a substantial new business pipeline and win plans.
• Collaborate with product and station teams to create profitable solutions.
