Role Overview

To work as a Band 3 Team Administrator providing temporary, high quality and co-ordinated support as specified within the placement request.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial/administrative support, including personal responsibility for delegated tasks within the Service.
  • Support a busy clinical team with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ensure accurate minute-taking, audio typing and liaise with information systems.
  • Handle urgent tasks, meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Maintain a friendly telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • RSA II or equivalent.
  • Minute-taking experience and audio typing or equivalent.
  • Experience working with information systems.
Locations

Shifts may be located across the Division, such as St Helens, Liverpool, Warrington, and other locations depending on service needs.
