Job summary

Castle Education is seeking enthusiastic Secondary Learning Support Assistants to work across Bridlington and surrounding areas, supporting pupils in KS3 and KS4. Roles range from day-to-day supply to longer placements, with weekly PAYE pay and holiday benefit.

Choose from full-time, part-time, or ad hoc opportunities across several schools. You’ll build positive relationships, help learners engage with lessons, and support inclusive classroom environments while developing your own skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or SEN support worker
• Ability to support KS3/KS4 learners across subjects and ability levels
• Flexible availability for day-to-day, regular or longer placements

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across KS3 and KS4
• Work with teachers to support learning

Castle Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Learning Support Assistants to work across schools in Bridlington and the surrounding areas, supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4.

The Role
