We are recruiting High Needs Learning Support Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs and complex learning needs.
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity, with ad-hoc, part-time and full-time work available.
You could be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, within small groups or as part of a wider classroom team, depending on the needs of the school.
You may have the flexibility to work with different age groups, although you will generally be based within one class or setting, allowing you to build strong, consistent relationships with the pupils you support.
Every pupil is different, and that’s what makes the role so rewarding.
