Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist Secondary SEN School and College in Bury, supporting pupils aged 11-19 with additional needs. You will work to remove barriers to learning, build confidence, and help develop essential life skills both in and out of the classroom.

You will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, promote inclusivity, and work as part of a supportive team to help learners achieve positive educational and personal

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist Secondary SEN School and College in Bury, supporting young people aged 11-19 with a range of additional needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and develop the skills they need for adulthood. You'll play an important role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them achieve positive outcomes academically, socially, and emotionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
