Secondary Cover Teachers - Bristol

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed qualified and unqualified secondary teachers with QTS to work in schools across Bristol.

These roles involve providing long-term cover for absent teachers, ensuring continuity of high-quality teaching and learning. Positions are available to start immediately, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

The Role

As a Secondary Cover Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism or a range of subjects as required
  • Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum expectations
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies
  • Support the academic progress, wellbeing, and development of all pupils
  • Contribute to the wider school community where required
Working Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Competitive daily rates from 120 - 260 per day, depending on experience and role responsibilities

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS preferred but unqualified with proven experience will be considered
