Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking an IT Systems Support professional to own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile platforms. You’ll administer M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, and device compliance, with scripting to improve automation and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Intune/Jamf/MDM, and excellent communication for non-technical users. Role supports remote or various locations within our footprint.

Qualificações

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS.
• Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO and device compliance.
• Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell and Bash) is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication for non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Meet SLAs and communicate with users and stakeholders.
