Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking an IT systems specialist to support our growing team across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile platforms. You will manage Google Workspace, Entra ID, M365 migration, and device management with Intune/Jamf/MDM, ensuring security and timely patching.
Based in the UK, you will work across locations, meet SLAs, and partner with teams to improve automation, reporting, and IT service delivery.

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms. Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching. Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation. Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus. Clear, confident communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
