Job summary

Zaizi is seeking a Security-minded IT Support Engineer to manage daily service desk operations and cloud infrastructure support. You will handle 1st/2nd line tickets, administer M365/Entra ID, and assist with security posture and audits. Onsite at Hammersmith with Friday remote work.

Role requires SC clearance eligibility, 5+ years residency, and experience with Defender, Intune, CA policies, and Azure services. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance with 5 years UK residency.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, Defender and Azure services.
• Google Workspace experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Triage, manage, and resolve 1st/2nd line and some 3rd line tickets.
• Support M365/Azure security administration and user lifecycle management.
• Assist with security posture, patch management, and audit readiness.
• Provide end-user training on cyber hygiene and daily software tool usage.
• Onsite hardware setup and local network support at Hammersmith office.
