Job summary

Flying Colours Consultancy Limited is seeking an IT Support Administrator with broad expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint and virtualization technologies. The role covers end-to-end admin of Windows and MacOS environments, AD/Azure AD user and device management, and remote end-user support using modern tools.

You will work on SCCM-based deployments, Citrix virtualization, VPN configurations, and cross-platform mobile workspace management in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Intune, SharePoint and Office 365 services.
• Strong skills in AD/Azure AD, MDM/EMM, and cross-platform OS support.
• Proven ability to manage remote support tools and virtualization tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and application management.
• Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Monitor and manage Office 365 services via admin console.
• Utilize SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and inventory.
• Provide remote end-user support using TeamViewer/AnyDesk/Windows Remote Assistance.
• Familiarity with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop for virtualization and remote access.
• Configure and maintain VPNs for secure remote access.
• Build and deploy workstations using SCCM with PXE or Intune enrollment.
• Support Android and iOS devices in an enterprise environment.
• Provide Windows and MacOS hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Manage users/devices in AD/Azure AD, GPOs, and group policies.
• Use ServiceNow/Jira for incident management and service requests.
• Manage virtual machines with VMware and Windows Server/AD.
• Maintain Azure AD, SQL clusters, backups, LAN/WLAN, proxies and firewalls.
