Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking a capable IT operations professional for the Chief Operating Office to manage the full device lifecycle, deployments, and security controls across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile platforms.

You will drive automation, monitoring, and self-service improvements while coordinating with teams on patches, migrations, and governance. Ideal candidates have strong experience with M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, EDR/AV, and ITSM processes, plus scripting skills in PowerShell or

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS.
• Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV, and patching.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full device lifecycle: builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
• Improve automation, self-service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practices across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.

Working in our Chief Operating Office (COO)

The COO Teams are the engine that powers Open Cosmos' operations. This division brings together mission management, supply chain, and quality liaise with providers as needed. Manage the full device lifecycle - builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding. Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi-Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations). Improve automation, self-service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling. Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.

What You'll bring strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms. Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching. Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation. Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus. Clear, confident communication skills - translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
