Job summary

OpenAI's IT Services and Support team seeks an IT Support specialist for our London office. You will be the first line of contact for hardware, software, and network issues, resolve requests, coordinate vendor procurement, repairs, and maintenance, and contribute to IT process improvements.

You will primarily support macOS with Windows knowledge, using Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune for device management. Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is

Qualifications

• Experience supporting macOS in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and mixed OS management.
• Hands-on experience with device management tools (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune).

Responsibilities

• Improve Support Systems and Processes by creating repeatable workflows for onboarding and device imaging.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless employee experiences and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Act as Frontline IT Support for hardware, software, and network issues with prompt resolution.
• Manage Vendors and Equipment, coordinating procurement, repairs, and inventory.
