Responsibilities

  • Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development.
  • Work with fresh produce to deliver high quality dishes.
  • Help create a warm and fun environment.
  • Complete regular audits and manage stock control.
