Lush is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor for Poole (Spa Store) to lead a front-line team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and maintaining a high-standard shop floor. Start ASAP with 10-20 hours weekly and a clear focus on living wage principles.

You will collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets, coordinate events, and support recruitment and onboarding while ensuring safety and compliance across all store operations.
