Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail excellence and clienteling. We are seeking a Sales Associate to represent the Coach brand, build relationships with clients, and drive sales through personalized styling and data-driven follow-up.

In this role you will use mobile POS, participate in product training, and contribute to team goals while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/Laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Knowledge of live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and close sales.
• Maintain a high energy on the sales floor and manage multiple customers.
• Assist with daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Follow store policies, POS and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles and product movement.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives.
