Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency for EU

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily store operations and support inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and follow policies and loss prevention procedures.
