Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on the shop floor. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store KPIs, and support daily store operations including cash wrap, replenishment, and inventory tasks.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail or fashion, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, iPad/laptop usage, and social media tools for clienteling and data capture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales with cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Handle transactions efficiently and support daily store operations.
