Bandai Namco Amusements Europe Ltd. is seeking a guest-focused team member for our Devon Cliffs Haven Resort arcade. You will deliver exceptional service, build relationships with guests and colleagues, and contribute to the arcade’s profitability by following SOPs and maintaining stock of machines.
The role requires 18+ and involves working across departments, promoting the arcade, events and promotions, handling cash and tokens, and ensuring safe, clean operations. Training will be provided.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Bandai Namco Amusements Europe arcade based at Devon Cliffs Haven Resort. We are looking for customer focused candidates who are able to build relationships with guests, team members and stake holders alike. Through exceptional customer service skills, critical thinking and a positive attitude, you will contribute to the overall experience and profitability of your location. You will provide the best customer service experience through problem solving, maintaining a friendly and helpful rapport with the arcade guests, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Contribution to profitability of the arcade will be made through following standard operating procedures set out by the company, adhering to laws and regulations set out by the authorities such as the Gambling Commission, and assisting the management team to ensure that revenue is maximised through the maintaining and stocking of machines.
