Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is hiring Seasonal Team Members for the festive period in our York stores. You will help deliver a fantastic customer experience, build product knowledge, and work with the team to keep the store running smoothly during the busy Christmas season.

Applicants should be friendly, customer-focused and able to work flexible weekends and the lead-up to Christmas. Seasonal contracts run through 3 January 2027, with some overtime opportunities depending on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Develop an excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in training opportunities and team sessions.
• Adhere to stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in store and stockroom areas.
• Support other stores when needed.
