Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking Seasonal Team Members to deliver a fantastic customer experience during the busy Christmas period. You will build product knowledge, communicate effectively with the team, and help keep the store running smoothly throughout peak times.

The role requires flexible availability across weekends and the lead up to Christmas and into the new year. Contracts run through to 3 January 2027, with potential overtime depending on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on service expectations.
• Develop excellent product knowledge.
• Maintain strong communication with the team.
• Participate in training and contribute to team sessions.
• Take ownership of tasks and set a good example.
• Adhere to stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in-store and stockroom areas.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and performance.
