Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking Seasonal Team Members for the festive period in our Harrogate stores. You will engage customers, build product knowledge, and work as part of a friendly team to keep the store running smoothly during the Christmas rush.

Flexibility is key, with 8-hour minimum contracts and potential overtime. This season runs until January 3, 2027, with opportunities to support other OB stores as needed.

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Develop an excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example for the team.
• Adhere to all operational practices and health and safety standards.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards in all areas, including stockroom.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and current performance.
