Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Team Members for the festive period. You will help deliver an excellent customer experience, develop product knowledge and work closely with the team to keep the store running smoothly during peak times.

The role requires flexibility across weekends and lead-up to Christmas, with contracts running through 3 January 2027. OB values collaboration, kindness and a positive, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver friendly, helpful service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving to assist customers.
• Clear, confident interactions with customers and teammates.
• Demonstrated empathy and willingness to help and resolve issues.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer during the festive period.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with confidence.
• Maintain strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Engage in all training opportunities and contribute to team sessions.
• Take ownership of tasks and set a good example for others.
• Follow operational practices including stock deliveries and health & safety standards.
• Keep store areas clean and well organised, including stockrooms.
• Support other OB stores when needed.
• Be aware of store targets and sales performance metrics.
• Know store best-sellers to help drive sales.
