Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Christmas Seasonal Team Member to help deliver a fantastic in-store experience. You’ll work to provide great service, build product knowledge, and keep the store running smoothly during the busy festive period.

Role involves flexible weekend availability, training participation, stock handling, and supporting other OB stores as needed. 8-hour minimum contract with potential overtime through January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer and meet service expectations.
• Develop product knowledge to assist shoppers effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with the team and participate in training.
• Own tasks and set a positive example for the team.
• Follow stock deliveries, health and safety standards, and stock replenishment.
• Keep the store and back areas well organised and clean.
• Support other OB stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and performance metrics.
