Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, located just outside Crewe, is seeking a dedicated night receptionist to welcome guests, manage late arrivals, and oversee check-ins and check-outs in a 4* hotel setting. You will address guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism, maintaining high standards of service throughout the night shift.

Qualificações

• Ability to deliver high levels of guest service.
• Comfortable working unsociable hours and overnight shifts.
• Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and checkouts and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
