A leading healthcare communications firm in London is seeking a Medical Copywriter to develop commercial scientific content. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in medical copywriting, strong scientific knowledge, and a flair for creative writing. The Medical Copywriter helps develop commercial content to drive awareness and engagement of a wide range of clients. Working mostly within the Advertising Business Unit but across all three BUs, you’ll be comfortable developing relationships with clients, using your expertise in analysing data and rhetoric to pick out the most compelling scientific story from abstracts, papers and medical information. You’ll love research and writing accurate and engaging scientific copy about a variety of subject-matters, quickly acclimatising to new and diverse therapy areas at short notice and collaborating within the creative department to ensure concepts and ideas are scientifically solid.
You’ll have a strong team work ethic, creative flair, excellent scientific writing skills and be driven to integrate commercial narrative in the scientific commercial world, ensuring high-level work is on time and to budget.
