Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor the entire sea import shipping process.
• Book shipments and prepare documentation for import clearance.
• Liaise with customers and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with Customs Authorities.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and follow-up with clients.

Skills

Strong sea import shipping experience

Knowledge of customs clearance processes

Expertise in Destin8, CNS, and Multifreight systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Familiarity with completing CHED and IPAFFS documents

Excellent communication skills

High attention to detail
