Are you ready to take your career in freight forwarding to the next level? Our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Import Clerk to join their dynamic team! If you have a knack for managing customs clearance and pricing, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do
  • Rates and Quotation Management: Quoting clients and managing rates effectively.
  • Booking Shipments: Collaborating with overseas agents to book shipments.
  • Customs Clearance: Handling Customs Clearance efficiently.
  • Delivery Coordination: Booking deliveries and checking the arrival of vessels.
  • Client Communication: Keeping clients updated on bookings and arrivals.
  • Documentation Management: Completing sales invoices and passing purchase invoices.
  • Release Management: Obtaining releases from shipping lines and coordinating with hauliers.
  • Systems Use: Familiarity with Destin8 and CNS is a plus!
